Returns
At lillyrose you have the option to exchange or return your order within 14 days of receipt.
  • Send us an email (info@rosies-store.com) with your name, order number, the product you want to return and the reason why you want to exchange/return this product. You will receive from us the address to which you can send your return shipment.
  • Click here to download and complete the return form for your return shipment. Always send this form with your return shipment so that we can handle your return correctly.
  • When we have received and approved the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days.
Rosies reserves the right to refuse returned products if they are no longer in their original condition. If this is the case, we will send the refused products back to you.
Return Conditions
  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Item(s) must be unworn.
  • Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Sale products cannot be returned.
  • We do not refund return shipping costs. So please note that the shipping costs for returns are for the customer.
Warranty conditions and warranty period

    Rosies has a warranty period of 1 month after receipt of the item. We will only process returns with valid proof of purchase. The start date of this warranty period is the date stated on the proof of purchase.

    Our jewelry should be treated with care and love. Our warranty does not apply in the following situations: Abuse and negligence, natural wear and tear, stains, complaints caused by incorrect use of the jewelry.
