We hope you are happy with your new Rosies purchase! Is something not quite to your liking? At rosies you have the option to return your order within 30 days of receipt. NB: All returns must always be returned including a returns form. Click here for the returns form. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW CAN I RETURN SOMETHING?

  • Send us an email (info@rosies-store.com) with your name, order number, the product you want to return and the reason why you want to return this product. You will receive from us the address to which you can send your return shipment.
  • Click here to download and complete the return form for your return shipment. Always send this form with your return shipment so that we can handle your return correctly.
  • When we have received and approved the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days.
Rosies reserves the right to refuse returned products if they are no longer in their original condition. If this is the case, we will send the refused products back to you.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Item(s) must be unworn.
  • Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Sale products cannot be returned.
  • We do not refund return shipping costs. So please note that the shipping costs for returns are for the customer.
