Dispatch

Orders are shipped within 24 hours on working days. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us by email. We will then immediately start processing your order. Rosie's packages are always sent via Postnl and when the package leaves our office, you will receive an email from us with a track & trace code. This allows you to track the package during shipment on the PostNL website or the local shipping service in your country. Our jewelry is sent via letterbox post, so you don't have to stay at home for this. Larger items (Bags, jewelry boxes & accessories) are sent as a standard package.

The Netherlands

  • The shipping costs are €3.95 per letterbox package and €5.95 per package.
  • Orders above €75.00 are shipped free of charge.

Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Greece

  • The shipping costs are €5.95 per letterbox package and €7.95 per package.
  • Orders above €75.00 are shipped free of charge.
  • Delivery time Belgium, France, Germany: 3-5 working days.
  • Delivery time Luxembourg, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Greece: 5-10 working days.

Europe

  • The shipping costs within the rest of Europe are €7.95 per letterbox package and €9.95 per package.
  • Orders above €100.00 are shipped free of charge.
  • Import duties and taxes levied by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery time: 5-10 working days.

World

  • Orders for the rest of the world are shipped as a standard package.
  • The shipping costs outside Europe are €13.95 per package.
  • Import duties and taxes levied by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery time: 10-15 working days.

 Returns

We hope you are happy with your new Rosies purchase! Is something not quite to your liking? At rosies you have the option to return your order within 30 days of receipt. PLEASE NOTE : All returns must always be returned including a note stating the order number and reason for return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


HOW CAN I RETURN SOMETHING?
Send us an email ( info@rosies-store.com ) with your name, order number, the product you want to return and the reason why you want to return this product. You will receive from us the address to which you can send your return shipment.
When we have received and approved the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days.
Rosies reserves the right to refuse returned products if they are no longer in their original condition. If this is the case, we will send the refused products back to you.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Item(s) must be unworn.
  • Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Earrings/earcuffs/piercings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons .
  • Sale products cannot be returned.

We do not refund return shipping costs. So please note that the shipping costs for returns are for the customer.
