Rosies has a warranty period of 30 days after receipt of the item. We will only process returns with valid proof of purchase. The start date of this warranty period is the date stated on the proof of purchase.

Each situation is viewed and assessed individually, have you received an item that is damaged or has another defect? Please send us an email as soon as possible (info@rosies-store.com) or use our contact form . Any defects or incorrectly delivered goods must and can be reported to Rosies in writing no later than 7 days after delivery . Describe as clearly as possible the problem in this message and, if possible, include a photo/video of the defect.

If it is determined to be a manufacturing defect, the item will be replaced free of charge. Our jewelry should be treated with care and love. Our warranty does not apply in the following situations: Abuse and negligence, natural wear and tear, stains, complaints caused by incorrect use of the jewelry.
