Shipping

On business days, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will then immediately start processing your order. Rosies packages are always sent via Postnl, and when the package leaves our office, you will receive an email from us with a track & trace code. You can use this to track the package during shipping on the PostNL website or your country's local shipping service. Our jewelry is sent via letterbox post, so you don't need to be home to receive it. Larger items (bags, jewelry boxes & accessories) are sent as standard parcels.

Netherlands

  • Shipping costs are €4.95 for letterbox packages and €5.95 for parcels.
  • Orders over €75.00 are shipped for free.
  • Delivery time: 1-2 business days.

Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Finland, Ireland, UK, Sweden

  • Shipping costs are €5.95 for letterbox packages and €7.95 for parcels.
  • Orders over €100.00 are shipped for free.
  • Delivery time Belgium, France, Germany: 3-5 business days.
  • Delivery time Luxembourg, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Greece: 5-10 business days.

Europe

  • Shipping costs within the rest of Europe are €7.95 for letterbox packages and €9.95 for parcels.
  • Orders over €100.00 are shipped for free.
  • Import duties and taxes levied by customs are the responsibility of the customer. (Valid for customers outside the EU).
  • Delivery time: 5-10 business days.

Worldwide

  • Orders for the rest of the world are sent as standard parcels.
  • Shipping costs outside Europe are €13.95 per parcel.
  • Import duties and taxes levied by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days.

 Returns

We hope you are happy with your new rosies purchase! Is something not quite right? At rosies, you have the option to return your order within 30 days of receipt. PLEASE NOTE: All returns must always be sent back with a note including the order number and reason for return. Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer.


HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Send us an email (info@rosies-store.com) with your name, order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason why you want to return this product. We will send you the address to which you can send your return.
Once we have received and approved the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 business days.
Rosies reserves the right to refuse returned products if they are no longer in their original condition. In such a case, we will return the refused products to you.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Item(s) must be unworn.
  • Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Earrings/ear cuffs/piercings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • Sale products cannot be returned.

Rosies does not reimburse shipping costs for returns. We advise you to always ask for proof of shipment at the post office when returning your package to Rosies and to send the package with track & trace. Until Rosies has received your return shipment, the shipment remains entirely your own responsibility. Rosies cannot be held liable for loss or damage to the package during the return process.
