Orders placed on weekdays (Monday-Friday) are shipped within 1-2 days. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Our jewelry is made of stainless steel or brass/sterling silver with a gold-plated layer. All Rosies jewelry is produced with love and should also be treated with appropriate care. We're sorry to hear you're having trouble closing your earrings. Sometimes the clasp mechanism might feel a little loose, but luckily, this is easy to fix. Hold the earring in the open position and gently push the curved pin up slightly with your thumb. This will raise the pin a bit, and the earring will close again with a firmer click. If the earring still doesn't close properly afterwards, it's possible that the pin has been pushed up too far. In that case, gently push it back down and try to close the earring again. You can subtly adjust the pin up or down until you hear a clear click and the earring is securely fastened again. By making this small adjustment occasionally, your earrings will stay securely in place and work as you've come to expect from Rosies!

Ideally, the jewelry is stored in a jewelry box and in a non-humid place.

It is important to take good care of your gold-plated jewelry to keep it beautiful for as long as possible. The material can wear out over time, this depends on the pH value of your skin, the frequency of wear and how carefully you handle the jewelry. We therefore recommend taking off the jewelry while swimming, showering and sleeping and avoiding contact with aggressive products (such as perfume, creams and other cosmetics).

Stainless steel is a material that is very popular among jewelry wearers. The material is allergy-free and waterproof, making it ideal if you like to wear your jewelry all day long. If the piece of jewelry is treated properly, stainless steel can retain its color for a long time.

We recommend that you choose our stainless steel jewelry if you are (over)sensitive. This jewelry is hypoallergenic and nickel free.

Yes! All earrings are sold as a set of 2 earrings. Ear cuffs and piercings are sold as a single piece.

How annoying to hear that a piece of jewelry has become defective! Our customer service is ready to help you via info@rosies-store.com . Send a message including a photo of the defective item & the order number. We have a warranty period of 2 months, but we take every complaint seriously and will see how we can solve this for you as best as possible.

  • NL : €3.95 per shipment, free shipping for orders above €75.
  • Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Greece : €5.95 per shipping, free shipping for orders over €75.
  • Rest EU : €7.95 per shipment, free shipping for orders over €100.
  • World : €13.95 per shipment.

All jewelry is sent as a letterbox package. So you do not have to be at home to receive the package. After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation from us and after processing your package you will receive an email with your track & trace code. With this code you can trace your package via the site of our carrier ( www.postnl.nl ) or the site of your local postal service.

Once the order has been processed and shipped by us, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order. We recommend that you contact our customer service immediately at info@rosies-store.com in the event of an error. In some cases we can change the address for you if the package has not yet been shipped.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM on workdays (Monday-Friday) will be shipped the same day.

Rosie's packages are always sent via our local courier PostNL. When the package leaves our office, you will receive an email from us with a track & trace code. This allows you to track the package during shipment on the PostNL website ( www.postnl.nl ) or the local shipping service in your country.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM on workdays will be shipped the same day. After handling and shipping your package, you will receive an email containing the track & trace number with which you can view the status of the shipment.

  • Belgium, France, Germany : +/- 3-5 working days.
  • Luxembourg, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Greece, UK : +/- 5-10 working days.
  • Europe: +/- 10 working days.

This does not apply to customers within the EU. Any import duties and taxes levied by customs are the customer's own responsibility.

No, unfortunately we cannot have packages delivered to a delivery point or a PO box address.

The customer will be contacted about packages that are returned to the sender (rosies) after multiple delivery attempts or an incomplete/incorrect address. At the customer's request, the package can be resent, for which redelivery costs will be charged.

Orders can be returned within 30 days with valid proof of purchase. Earrings, ear cuffs and piercings can be used. hygiene cannot be returned. Read more about returning your order on the returns page .

First, please check the track & trace link you received via email. Sometimes a package is delivered to a neighbor or left in a safe place around your house.

If the tracking states your package was delivered, but you haven't received anything, please contact our customer service within 2 weeks of the delivery date. In that case, we can initiate an investigation with the delivery service.

We have a warranty period of 2 months from the date of purchase. We attach great importance to the quality of our jewelry and take every question or complaint seriously.
